1. General information

• TK International is an exporter of women’s apparel, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
• Information on this website is given in good faith. We may update or change content without notice.

2. Product information and pricing

• Prices are indicative. They vary with fabric, design, customisation and order quantity.
• Final pricing is confirmed only after discussion and a formal quotation.
• Quotations are valid for 10 days.

3. Orders and order confirmation

• An order is confirmed only after we receive a written purchase order and the agreed advance payment.
• Any change after confirmation must be discussed and agreed by both sides.

4. Payment terms

• The standard payment structure is set out in the FAQ.
• New buyers: 100% advance payment for small or sample orders.
• The buyer pays bank transfer fees.

5. Sampling policy

• Samples are available on request. Sample charges depend on the chosen design and fabric. Bulk production follows after sample approval.
• Sampling time depends on the chosen design and fabric.

6. Production and lead time

• The standard production lead time is 4 to 5 weeks, depending on style and quantity.
• Lead time starts after we receive the advance payment and the final sample approval.

7. Quality assurance

• All products go through a three-stage quality check: stitching, finishing and packing.
• Small variations in colour, print or measurements (1 to 2 cm) are normal in textile processes.

8. Shipping, customs and delivery

• We ship under Ex-Work and FOB terms.
• Delivery times vary with logistics, customs clearance and international transit.
• Freight, customs duties and destination taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
• We export from Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

9. Packaging

• Items are packed in export-grade polybags and cartons.
• Custom packaging can be arranged at extra cost.

10. Cancellation

• An order cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting has started.
• If an order is cancelled before cutting, the advance may be partly refunded after deducting the cost of materials.

11. Returns, replacement and claims

• Claims for manufacturing defects must be sent within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photo or video proof.
• We replace goods or compensate only for genuine defects.

12. Intellectual property

• All designs, photographs, content and product descriptions on this website belong to TK International.
• Copying, reproducing or distributing them without permission is prohibited.

13. Confidentiality

• Buyer information, designs and order details are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party.

14. Limitation of liability

• TK International is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, weather or unforeseen global events.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website.

15. Governing law

• Indian law governs all transactions. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
