Home / How we work

Sketch to shipment

Eight steps, from your first message to the final shipment.

01

Enquiry

Tell us what you want to make, how many, your quality standards, your target price and when you need it.

02

Product development

Choose from our existing styles or send your own references. We agree fabrics, fit, measurements and trims with you.

03

Costing and terms

You receive a costing with MOQ, lead time and payment terms to review.

04

Sampling

We make a sample to the agreed specification, so you can judge fabric, fit, construction and finish.

05

Sample approval

You send feedback and we revise. When you approve the final sample, it becomes the standard for production.

06

Order confirmation

We complete buyer documents, compliance details and commercial terms. You send the purchase order.

07

Production

Production follows the approved sample. Quality checks happen during production, not only at the end.

08

Inspection and delivery

Finished goods are inspected, packed and dispatched under the agreed shipping terms.

How an order is managed
